1. Who we are
This website (karimnaas.com) is operated by Naas Music Publishing (“we”), the company behind the artist Karim Naas. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at sarah@naasmusic.com. We deliberately do not publish any postal address on this site; email is our only contact channel.
2. Data we collect
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your first name, email address, and — only if you choose to provide them — your country and mobile phone number. Your email address is collected with your explicit consent to receive our newsletter. Your phone number is collected only if you tick the separate SMS opt-in box.
Contact form. If you contact us, we collect your name, email address and message solely to answer your request.
Cookies & statistics. See the Cookies page. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies at any time via the consent banner.
3. Email & SMS communications
Emails are sent by or on behalf of Naas Music Publishing. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
If you tick the SMS opt-in box, you agree to receive text messages from Naas Music Publishing about Karim Naas (including prerecorded and/or by autodialer). Up to 20 messages per month per opt-in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
4. Legal basis & retention
We process subscription and contact data on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest in answering your requests. Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe; contact messages are kept no longer than 24 months.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any right, contact sarah@naasmusic.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France: CNIL).
6. Third parties
We use a self-hosted newsletter tool; subscriber data is stored on our hosting and is not sold. Embedded third-party players (Spotify, YouTube) may set their own cookies when you interact with them — see their respective privacy policies.
